Clyde’s career was in Sales, Training, Management, New Product Design and launches, Logistics and Planning Production, Pricing and Cost Management in Manufacturing, Project Management and in Customer Services.

Having studied at The London College of Distributive Trades, South East London Technical College and Croydon College, he holds The Diploma in Management Studies and The Institute of Training’s National Certificate of Training.

From 1977 to 1997, Clyde worked for Rank Xerox Ltd and Xerox.

Clyde worked in Central London Sales and then as Region Training Manager with responsibilities for New Business, National and Major Account sales teams in the South of England and the Channel Islands.

From 1982, as a Senior Business Trainer, he was based at The UK National Training Centre.

Whilst on strategic business development assignments for Xerox Corporation, he worked in USA, Europe, Moscow, Ukraine, the Czech Republic and India.

Clyde defined, course designed, and presented many team building training occasions that helped many Delegates to then implement Xerox business policies with due success.

In addition, he was actively involved in the Xerox Sales and Quality initiatives, the start up of the Xerox UK Marketing Intelligence unit, new product launches, and he fully participated in the UK training of the Xerox developed “Leadership Through Quality” © award winning TQM programme.

Clyde won many awards including Honours Club Sales and Honours Club Business Trainer.
He was recommended twice for The Xerox Corporation’s Presidents Award.

In 1998, Clyde established The Delightful Company ®.
